housekeeping

as you can see, i've been obsessively tweaking the old blog here. still not sure if i'm 100% satisfied with its current state - layout, colors, etc. the width of the main post body is still kinda tight - wish i could widen it somehow. but then that gets into html world which i am not equipped to handle. 

i think i'm more frustrated that my alter ego blog turned out much more to my liking than this one. i'm on the verge of just copying all the elements over. we'll see.

so this is where i've landed for now. until i find that ever perfect ah-ha! template.
